Assad is a Managing Associate in the firm and is involved in civil litigation with special interest in the fields of banking & finance law, land, property acquisition and construction, environmental law.

He is known as the firm’s problem solver and provides pragmatic and strategic solutions in the most discreet manner for the benefit of clients. He has represented various clients under investigation at the Economic and Organised Crime Office, Accra and the Office of the Special Prosecutor, Accra ensuring a speedy and fair conclusion to such matters. Because of his love for the rule of law, he has ensured that criminal charges levelled against his clients are made within the confines of the law. This, he has achieved without compromising his integrity, morals and principles.

Dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome for his clients he has also been called upon to represent major debtors and creditors in high profile cases in restructuring of debts. He has also advised and represented various families, stools and companies in various land sale transactions. In a jurisdiction fraught with land disputes, he has over the years shown his competence in this area, as his due diligence is top notch.

He has consistently shown his ability to thoroughly analyse situations and assist clients in a most speedy and satisfactory way.
