C5’s Third Forum on Anti-Corruption – West Africa Edition, would be held on 10-11 June 2014, at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel, Accra.
The theme for this International Conference is Setting the Tone at the Top and Implementing an Efficient Corporate Governance Model.
There would be Pre conference Interactive Workshops held on Monday 9 June 2014, at which our Kizito Beyuo would speak on the topic, “Mitigating Corruption Risks when Implementing Local Content Laws in the Process of Setting Up and Managing Joint Ventures.”
Also at the main conference, Kizito, assisted by our associate, Ellis Arthur, would speak on the topic “Where do you draw the line between a facilitating payment and a bribe, and why it matters.”
Thursday 12 June 2014, would be a focus day which Corporate Fraud in West Africa shall be discussed.
